Veterinary Physiotherapy
Canine physiotherapy is covered by most insurance companies

Veterinary physiotherapy is a science-based profession. We at Organic Dog believe in approaching each patient holistically by providing a full functional assessment following veterinary referral. Physiotherapy for animals can be used alongside veterinary care to help treat or manage many musculoskeletal or neurological injuries and conditions. It can assist the animal's rehabilitation by reducing pain, improving movement, and restoring normal muscle control and function.

After our initial assessment, we will provide a bespoke treatment program dedicated to the individual needs of the patient.

Our therapies include manual manipulations and stretches, massage, passive and active range of motion, and state of the art equipment including photo-therapy, ultrasound and muscle stimulation.  We will also provide achievable exercises for you to do at home, and constantly re-evaluate and adapt our conditioning programs as the dog progresses.

This holistic approach to our programme of treatment allows us to treat every patient uniquely to help them heal at the fastest pace possible.

As qualified force-free trainers and behaviourists, we believe in focussing on a bond with the patient in our first session. This build up of trust is so important when helping a patient heal. We want our patients to enjoy their therapy sessions, and leave feeling happy, calm and pain-free.
