Veterinary Physiotherapy
Canine physiotherapy is covered by most insurance companies

All dogs can benefit from physiotherapy. We at Organic Dog Company have a wealth of experience in working closely with vets to help treat or manage many conditions such as:

Osteoarthritis, cruciate ligament, hip dysplasia, elbow dysplasia, patella luxation, muscle injuries and strains, muscle atrophy, intervertebral disc disease (IVDD), rehab for TPLO, fibrocartilaginous embolism (FCE), total hip replacements, weight management, neurological problems and many more.

Physiotherapy helps reduce pain, improve movement, and restore normal muscle control and function.

Because each dog is unique, after our initial assessment, we will provide a comprehensive  treatment plan for your pup.

Our therapies include:

Manual manipulations and stretches, massage, passive and active range of motion, and state of the art equipment including photo-therapy, ultrasound and muscle stimulation.

We will also provide achievable exercises for you to do at home, and constantly re-evaluate and adapt our conditioning programs as the dog progresses.

This holistic approach to our programme of treatment allows us to treat every patient uniquely to help them heal at the fastest pace possible.

As qualified force-free trainers and behaviourists, we believe in focussing on a bond with the patient in our first session. This build up of trust is so important when helping a patient heal. We want our patients to enjoy their therapy sessions, and leave feeling happy, calm and pain-free.
